Daljit K. Hothi MBBS, MRCPCH, MD(Res)

Dr Hothi is a Consultant Paediatric Nephrologist and Clinical lead for Home Hemodynamics. She is a self-declared enthusiast for pediatric dialysis and leads one of the largest Pediatric Home HD Programs globally.

She is also Associate Medical Director for Wellbeing, Leadership & Improvement at Great Ormond Street Hospital for Children. Over the past 10 years, she has developed a leadership and coaching profile. She has designed and delivered several leadership developmental events and programs and has received the Associate Certified Coach Credential from the International Coaching Federation.

Externally, Dr Hothi is a member of the Health Foundation ‘Q’ Initiative; a member of the ISQua conference organizing committee; co-lead for the Quality & Safety theme for the Harvard Pediatric Leadership Program; Improvement Lead for the British Association for Pediatric Nephrologists and leading on Improvement Programmes for KQUIP and Paediatric KQUIP, national Quality Improvement collaboratives for kidney diseases.
