Dalin T. Pulsipher, Ph.D., ABPP is a neuropsychologist and Associate Professor of Neurology and Psychiatry at Strong Epilepsy Center, Department of Neurology, University of Rochester Medical Center. He received his BS in Psychology from Brigham Young University (Provo, UT). He obtained his MS and Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology (Neuropsychology Track) from Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine & Science (North Chicago, IL) where his research focused on the neuropsychological and neuroimaging aspects of pediatric and adult epilepsy syndromes.

He completed a pre-doctoral internship at the University of New Mexico Health Sciences Center and his post-doctoral fellowship at the New Mexico VA Health Care System, both in Albuquerque, NM. He is board-certified in Clinical Neuropsychology and Pediatric Clinical Neuropsychology by the American Board of Clinical Neuropsychology/American Board of Professional Psychology. He worked at Akron Children’s Hospital from 2012 until 2020 when he joined the faculty at the University of Rochester Medical Center.

Dr. Pulsipher is active in the neuropsychology community and serves on several national committees. He also is a frequent journal reviewer, a mentor for candidates seeking board certification in clinical neuropsychology, and enjoys teaching neuroanatomy and neuropsychology.
