Daisy Daeschler joined the Michael J Fox Foundation for Parkinson’s Disease in 2016 and currently works on the Foundation’s online and wearable research projects in the Research Partnerships department. With an interest in technology, patient-centricity, and research, Ms Daeschler’s focus is on clinical trials using web-platforms, mobile apps, and smartwatches to provide insights into the lived-experience of Parkinson’s disease.
Prior to joining the Foundation, Ms Daeschler worked at Global Health Strategies (GHS), a global health consulting firm, working on projects in global health innovation, universal health coverage, and sexual and reproductive health. Before GHS, she worked at Doctors Without Borders on an advocacy campaign focused on increasing access to the pneumonia vaccine around the world.
