Cyrus Yazdi, a board-certified pain medicine specialist, has joined the Pain Medicine Program at Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital – Milton. Dr. Yazdi’s clinical interests include headaches and migraines, spine-related pain and neuromodulation. He joins Paragi Rana, MD, and Cara de Beauport, NP, in providing pain medicine services at the hospital as part of the Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center pain medicine program.
Dr. Yazdi received his medical degree from Tehran University of Medical Sciences. He went on to earn a Diploma in Otolaryngology and Head and Neck Surgery from the Royal College of Surgeons of England. He completed internship and residency programs at Brigham and Women’s Hospital and advanced fellowship programs in ICU and Critical Care as well as in Pain Management also at Brigham and Women’s Hospital.
Dr. Yazdi is dual board certified by the American Board of Anesthesiology in both anesthesiology and pain medicine. He is a member of the American Society of Anesthesiology, the Massachusetts Society of Anesthesiology, the International Association for the Study of Pain and the North American Neuromodulation Society.
