Cynthia Zelis, MD, MBA, is Vice President of Clinical Integration at University Hospitals Cleveland and oversees physician alignment and relations and the implementation of projects supporting clinical integration. Additionally, Dr. Zelis serves as the operational lead for the system-wide point of service ambulatory scheduling initiative implementing culture and process change, development of an innovative scheduling mobile platform, and communication across the UH family of providers including 1,800+ employed physicians. A practicing family physician, Dr. Zelis serves as an Adjunct Professor at Baldwin Wallace University as part of their Health Care MBA Program. Additionally, Dr. Zelis serves her NE Ohio community through board appointments and philanthropic leadership.
