Curtis Dobrowolski, PhD, is a biotechnology leader and molecular virologist with expertise spanning scientific innovation, translational research, and company building. He is the Co-Founder of Nava Therapeutics, where he has helped lead the company’s scientific and strategic development since 2022. Over his tenure, he has served in multiple leadership roles, including Principal Scientist, Director, and Head of Novel Tech, and Senior Director and Head of Novel Tech, driving the advancement of novel therapeutic technologies and platform innovation. Dobrowolski earned his PhD in Molecular Virology from Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine, where his research focused on virology and molecular biology. Based in Cambridge, Massachusetts, he combines deep scientific expertise with entrepreneurial leadership to advance next-generation therapeutic solutions.
