Dr. Kilincer is currently Associate professor at Trakya University. He has completed his education in Istanbul University Faculty of Medicine in 1989. He has received Trakya University Scientific Publication Performance Award.2007, Winner of Turkish neurosugical Society Patent Award. 2014, Winner of Ankara Guven Hospital Award 2014 the best surgical paper: Sizes of transverse foramina correlate with blood flow and dominance of vertebral arteries.
