Cristina Martinez-Villaluenga, Ph.D. is currently a Senior Scientist at the Institute of Food and Nutrition Science and Technology (ICTAN). She has received Doctor's Degree from The Autonomous University of Madrid. Her research interests are Nutrition, Food Chemistry, Antioxidant Activity, Chromatography, Phytochemicals, Antioxidants, Bioactivity, Natural Product Chemistry, Phytochemical Analysis, Free Radical Scavengers.
