Craig Stanford Broberg MD

Dr. Broberg completed medical training at the Brigham Young University and UC San Francisco before their residency at the University of Washington. He completed Fellowship training in Cardiology in Portland before further advanced training in adult congenital heart disease and MRI at the Royal Brompton Hospital in London. He currently directs the Adult Congenital Heart Program of the Knight Cardiovascular Institute at OHSU in Portland Oregon. In addition to an established career commitment to the clinical care of adults with congenital heart disease

Dr. Broberg has made significant research contributions in ACHD, particularly related to an understanding of heart failure and myocardial fibrosis in congenital heart disease, to the pathophysiology of Tetralogy of Fallot, and to our understanding of physiology and outcome determinants in Eisenmenger syndrome and cyanotic congenital heart disease. He has also investigated issues related to electronic data management in relation to congenital heart disease populations
