Costan Magnussen BHM(Hons 1), PhD

Dr Costan Magnussen is a Heart Foundation Future Leader Fellow at the Menzies Institute for Medical Research. His primary research interest is in the early life origin of cardiometabolic diseases. Costan has a joint appointment as adjunct professor of cardiovascular epidemiology at the University of Turku, Finland. He completed his undergraduate training and PhD at the University of Tasmania, before taking postdoctoral positions at the Research Centre of Applied and Preventive Cardiovascular Medicine, University of Turku, Finland and Murdoch Childrens Research Institute in Melbourne.
