Cosmas Arnold PhD

Cosmas Arnold is a molecular biologist and scientific project manager with extensive experience in next-generation sequencing (NGS), translational research, and laboratory leadership. He currently serves as Senior NGS Technologist and Scientific Project Manager at CeMM Research Center for Molecular Medicine, where he oversees advanced sequencing technologies and interdisciplinary scientific projects. Before joining CeMM, Arnold spent more than a decade at the Research Institute of Molecular Pathology (IMP), progressing from PhD student to senior postdoctoral researcher and project manager.

During this time, he led research initiatives, supervised wet lab operations, and contributed to the development and implementation of innovative molecular biology and genomics workflows. Arnold earned his Master’s degree in Molecular Biology from the University of Regensburg. His expertise spans molecular pathology, sequencing technologies, laboratory management, and collaborative biomedical research.
