Clifford K. Moy MD

Clifford K. Moy received his medical degree from the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston in 1985. Currently Dr. Moy is the Behavioral Health Medical Director for TMF Health Quality Institute. Prior to this position he was the Medical Director for Behavioral Health for Blue Cross Blue Shield.
