Clémence graduated from McGill University (2006), Sciences Po Paris (2008) and the School of Public Health (2011). From 2011 to 2013, she worked at the University Hospital of Nancy as Head of Performance, Head of Finances and Deputy Director of Maternity Services. Since 2013, Clémence has been working at the General Directorate of Health Care Supply as Head of Cooperation, and now project leader. As a project leader, she co-wrote the public hospital reform law that reorganized the 894 public hospitals into 135 public hospital groups and led the implementation of the reform. She also is a key participant in the national team in charge of experimentations to promote new financial and organizational models. Since 2011, she lectures at the School of Public Health.
