Dr. Claudio Legnani is an orthopedic surgeon and researcher at the Center for Sports Traumatology and Minimally Invasive Joint Surgery at the San Siro Clinical Institute. He graduated in Medicine and Surgery at the University of Milan in 2007, where in 2013 he obtained a specialization in Orthopedics and Traumatology.

Dr. Legnani treats a broad spectrum of joint pathologies, from meniscal repair to the treatment of cartilaginous disorders. Currently, his clinical activity focuses on the treatment of knee and foot, and ankle disorders mainly addressed through a minimally invasive and arthroscopic approach.

In addition, he performs partial and total knee replacement surgery. In addition to clinical practice, his research fieldwork over the years has focused primarily on the diagnosis and treatment of anterior cruciate ligament pathology and its reconstructive techniques.

He has studied ankle pathology and the scientific works he has contributed to have been presented at national and international conferences and regularly published in international journals over the past 8 years.
