He is board certified in Internal Medicine, Pathology, Respiratory Medicine, and Clinical Immunology. Dr. Carini is serving at Pfizer as Global Clinical Immunology and Biomarkers Lead and also holds as well a Hon. Faculty Position at King’s College, London (UK). In addition, he serves on several national and international scientific boards.
