Prof. Claude Ecoffey is currently Professor and Chair of the Department of Anesthesiology, Intensive Care medicine and Pain Medicine at the University Hospital of Rennes, France (since 1996). He received his specialty training in anesthesiology and intensive care at the Paris University, France (1980-1984). He is board certified in anesthesiology and critical care medicine, and pediatrics and was awarded professorship in anesthesiology and critical care medicine in 1990.
