Cindy M. Hou DO, MA, MBA, CIC,CPHQ,CPPS, FACOI, FACP, FIDSA

Cindy M. Hou is an Infectious Diseases specialist with Jefferson Medical Group in New Jersey. Dr. Hou also serves as the physician chair of the Infection Control Committee, Antimicrobial Stewardship Committee, Sepsis on the Floors Task Force, and CDiff Task Force at Jefferson Health in New Jersey. She was named Physician Champion for the New Jersey Hospital Associations Antimicrobial Stewardship Collaborative, a three-year state initiative. She serves as an active member of the Advisory Board for the Lupus Asian Network (LANtern) of the Hospital for Special Surgery, New York. She resides with her husband in Cherry Hill, NJ.

Dr. Hou graduated from Yale with a BS in biology. She received her MA and MBA from Boston University, and her DO from the University of New England College of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Hou is board certified in internal medicine and infectious diseases. She is followed by the ACOI, the American College of Physicians, and the Infectious Diseases Society of America. In addition, Dr. Hou holds a Certification in Infection Control (CIC) and is a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ).
