Cindy A. Young RN, BSN, CAIP, CASC

Mrs. Young has served as the Administrator of Surgery Center of Farmington for the past 20 years. The Surgery Center of Farmington has two operating room and two procedure room and provides multi-specialty outpatient surgical services. This facility has 20 physicians and allied health professionals on staff.

Mrs. Young’s accomplishments have included successful three year Accreditations with AAAHC, C.A.S.C. certification (Certified Administrator Surgery Center) in 2007, C.A.I.P certification (Certified Ambulatory Infection Preventionist), in 2018. She currently serves on the MASCA board (Missouri Ambulatory Surgery Center Association board), BASC board (Board of Ambulatory Surgery Center Certification), and has served on ASCA/ASF board. Mrs. Young has spoken at several ASCA conferences, ASCA’s webinars, and assisted with writing an education module on credentialing for Med trainer.
