Chuck Kable is Chief Legal Officer for Emerus, where he leads the legal, and compliance teams. He provides thoughtful legal counsel to the company’s board, executives and business teams. An innovative and pragmatic legal thinker, Chuck strikes the right balance between strategic interests and business risk.

As an accomplished healthcare legal executive, Chuck has advised hospital and health plan executives on numerous topics including governmental affairs, regulatory compliance, privacy and data protection, and overall risk management.

Before joining Emerus, Chuck served as Chief Legal Officer and General Counsel for Cardon Outreach, a private-equity backed leader in the provision of innovative hospital revenue cycle services on a national scale. Additional previous leadership roles include HIPAA Compliance Officer and Corporate Counsel to First Recovery Group LLC, as well as first chair litigation responsibilities for numerous Fortune 500 companies, in both in-house and outside counsel capacities.
