Chuck Hofius MHA, FACHE, LNHA

Chuck Hofius, MHA, FACHE, LNHA, is the Chief Executive Officer of Perham Health, a small, rural continuum in West Central Minnesota. Chuck has been with Perham Health for 18 years and has been in health care administration for 25 years. He holds a Finance degree from Minnesota State University Moorhead and a Masters in Healthcare Administration from the University of Minnesota, and is board certified as a fellow with the American College of Healthcare Executives. Chuck has been an industry leader in long-term-care culture change as well as patient- and family-centered care in the acute care setting, presenting at both the state and national level.
