Christy Erickson MSN, PMP, PCMH-CCE

Christy Erickson has been in the healthcare industry for the last 28 years, initially as a care provider and later transitioning to healthcare IT. She is currently the Director of Clinical Transformation at Galen Healthcare Solutions where she is responsible for understanding the direction of the healthcare industry with the primary focus purpose of defining and developing service offerings in the area of clinical transformation. Christy is an experienced healthcare technology leader with strong clinical workflow, project management and customer relationship management experience with a passion to improve healthcare.

Christy is a PCMH Certified Content Expert and also serves as a NCQA PCMH Programs Evaluator under the 2017 Standards and Guidelines. Previously, she was an NCQA reviewer under the 2014 Guidelines. She has performed over 200 NCQA evaluations and countless virtual check-ins with practices of all sizes. Christy holds a Master of Science degree in Nursing from Salisbury University and PMP certification from Project Management Institute.
