Christopher M. Watson MD, FACS

Christopher M. Watson, MD, FACS, was born in Atlanta, Georgia and received his undergraduate degrees in biology and chemistry from Kennesaw State University, graduating Magna Cum Laude. He received his medical degree from Mercer University School of Medicine and completed his general surgery training at Palmetto Health Richland and the University of South Carolina School of Medicine. Prior to completing a fellowship in surgical critical care at the University of Virginia Health System, Dr. Watson served as a general surgeon at the WJB Dorn VA Medical Center in Columbia. He is board certified in general surgery and surgical critical care by the American Board of Surgery.
