Christopher James Elder MD

Dr. Christopher James Elder, MD is a Physician of neurology at Columbia University Irving Medical Center and UCLA Health. Dr. Elder completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Delaware and then attained his MD from Drexel University College of Medicine. He completed his intern year at Georgetown University Hospital followed by a residency at NYU Langone Medical Center, where he was a chief resident. Dr. Elder completed a fellowship in Neurophysiology/Epilepsy at the UCLA Seizure Disorder Center. Dr. Elder has training in the diagnosis and management of diverse neurological illnesses, specializing in seizure disorders and epilepsy. He sees patients at the Neurological Institute of New York and ColumbiaDoctors Midtown locations.
