Christopher Edward Fundakowski MD

Dr. Christopher Fundakowski is an Associate Professor and Attending Surgeon of Otolaryngology-Head & Neck Surgery at the Thomas Jefferson University Hospital. He graduated cum laude from Knox College with his Bachelor of Arts degree in Biochemistry in 2004 with honors in Developmental Biology. In 2008, he received his MD from Rush Medical College. He completed his residency in Otolaryngology-Head & Neck Surgery at the University of Miami, Jackson Memorial Hospital in 2013, and his fellowship in Head & Neck Surgical Oncology and Microvascular Reconstruction from Vanderbilt University Medical Center in 2014. Before coming to Abington – Jefferson Health, Dr. Fundakowski was clinical faculty and assistant professor at Fox Chase Cancer Center and Temple University, where he received the Faculty Teaching Award. Dr. Fundakowski is board certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology for head and neck surgery and fellowship trained in advanced head & neck oncologic and reconstructive surgery.
