Dr. Dandoy is an assistant professor of clinical pediatrics and is a pediatric bone marrow transplant physician in the Department of Bone Marrow Transplantation and Immune Deficiency at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center. Dr. Dandoy’s clinical focus is caring for children and young adults requiring hematopoietic stem cell transplantation. Dr. Dandoy’s research focuses are on quality improvement; patient safety; bloodstream infection prevention; patient and family outcomes; and cardiopulmonary complications, including pulmonary hypertension, after stem cell transplantation.

Dr. Dandoy is a co-editor of the recently published book, "Dandoy CE, Hilden J, Billett A, Mueller B (eds). Patient Safety and Quality in Pediatric Hematology/Oncology and Stem Cell Transplantation. 2017. Springer." Dr. Dandoy has served in several local and national leadership roles as the chair of the Certification Subcommittee in the American Society of Pediatric Hematology-Oncology (ASPHO), a co-physician lead for the Solutions for Patient Safety (SPS) Pediatric Hematology-Oncology CLABSI reduction collaboration.
