Christopher Bredeson MD, MSc, FRCPC

Dr. Christopher Bredeson received a medical degree from the University of Ottawa. His post-doctorate training included an internship and residency in internal medicine at The Ottawa Hospital, as well as a residency in clinical hematology and a fellowship in the Leukemia/Bone Marrow Transplant Program at the University of British Columbia in Vancouver. He holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Epidemiology also from the University of Ottawa. After a decade at the Medical College of Wisconsin, Dr. Bredeson returned to Ottawa to run our BMT program at The Ottawa Hospital. His experience and expertise in the field of bone marrow transplantation help us to ensure that you receive the most evidence-based treatment possible. He is a Senior Clinician Investigator at Ottawa Hospital Research Institute and Head at Ottawa Hospital Research Institute.
