Christopher Bilbao DO

Dr. Christopher J. Bilbao, DO, board-certified Neurosurgeon with experience and training in cranial, spinal, and radiological procedures. He has fellowship training in Stereotactic Radiosurgery and has performed over 800 cases. Currently, he is leading projects at Cooper University Hospital, an academic regional Level 1 Trauma Center serving all of South Jersey, to develop Minimally-invasive, Robotic spinal surgery, and Outpatient Neurosurgery Programs. He is a co-investigator on a number of clinical trials, including BOOST-3 and a Dendritic Cell Vaccine for new and recurrent Glioblastoma Multiforme.

His research interests are Neurosurgery, Radiosurgery, Stereotactic Radiosurgery, Minimally-Invasive Spine Surgery, Brain Tumors, Spinal Tumors, Degenerative Disease of The Spine, Spinal Cord Stimulators, Intrathecal Drug Delivery Systems.
