Christoph Ramseier

Christoph A. Ramseier has been educated as a dentist and graduated as a periodontist from the School of Dental Medicine, University of Bern, Switzerland. His clinical expertises are periodontology and implant dentistry. His scientific areas are oral fluid diagnostics for periodontal diseases, periodontal risk management, health behaviour change counselling - in particular tobacco use prevention and cessation. He is the founder and president of the Swiss Task-Force „Smoking - Intervention in dental practices“ and the global Oral Health Network on Tobacco Prevention and Cessation (OHNTPC). His present position is at the Department of Periodontology, University of Bern, Switzerland.
