Christine Sotmary, M.S., LAc, CPC, is an integrative healthcare educator, chronic pain advocate, licensed acupuncturist, and certified professional coach dedicated to helping individuals navigate complex health challenges through whole-person care. With a unique blend of expertise in education, wellness, pain management, and patient advocacy, Christine has spent her career empowering individuals and healthcare professionals with practical tools for achieving optimal health and quality of life.
Holding a degree in Education from the CUNY/BA Program, Christine has developed curricula and taught courses focused on integrative healthcare and family caregiving advocacy. She is the creator of the Anodunos Method™ Pain Navigator and Provider Training programs, innovative educational frameworks designed to support both patients and practitioners in understanding and managing chronic pain through evidence-informed, patient-centered approaches.
Christine earned a Master of Science degree and is a New York State Licensed Acupuncturist. She is also a Certified Professional Life Coach, Certified NutraMetrix Functional Nutrition and Business Consultant, and Certified Transition Lifestyle System Coach. Through her private practice, she integrates acupuncture, coaching, functional nutrition, and lifestyle strategies to help clients achieve lasting improvements in health, resilience, and well-being.
For more than two decades, Christine worked with elite athletes throughout the New York City area as a massage therapist, acupuncturist, and performance trainer. Her extensive experience in sports medicine, rehabilitation, and performance optimization has provided valuable insight into pain management, injury recovery, and holistic wellness.
