Christine Olmstead EdD

Dr. Christine Olmstead has served in a variety of education roles including instructional classroom assistant, classroom teacher, site leader, and district level administrator. In 2012, Christine joined the Orange County Department of Education where she currently serves as the Associate Superintendent of Instruction overseeing STEM, Humanities, Learning Support Services, Early Childhood Education, Expanded Learning Programs, the Institute for Leadership Development, LCAP, and the 30 million dollar SUMS initiative that is providing technical assistance to districts around creating a comprehensive MTSS framework. She is a firm believer in professional learning and serves on a variety of statewide committees that focus on educator development.
