Christine Dacron PhD

Christine Dacron completed her Bachelor of Psychological Science with Honours at Southern Cross University, Coffs Harbour. As part of her honours thesis Christine conducted research at Sawtell Catholic Care of the Aged, where she was introduced to the Holding the Story project being conducted by Michelle Royce. This project aligned with Christine's interests and passion for research into the perceptions and stereotypes of older adults, particularly those living with dementia. Christine is currently conducting a three-year research project into "Holding the Story" and its influence on reconstructing the identity and perceptions of people living with dementia.
