Christine Braehler, DClinPsy is a clinical psychologist in private practice in Munich, Germany, and honorary lecturer at the Institute of Health & Wellbeing at the University of Glasgow. She studied and worked in Scotland for 10 years where she trained in mindfulness and compassion with Rob Nairn at the Mindfulness Association.
She is an official trainer in Compassion Focused Therapy developed by Paul Gilbert and has published the first randomized controlled trial of CFT. She is a teacher trainer of the Mindful Self-Compassion Programme developed by Christopher Germer and Kristin Neff and teaches MSC in Europe.
