Christie Beatson MS, RD, CDCES

Christie Beatson is a Registered Dietitian and Certified Diabetes Educator at the Barbara Davis Center (BDC) for Diabetes in Aurora, Colorado. The BDC specializes in the care of children and adults with Type 1 diabetes. She has been at the BDC for the past 17 years and previously worked at Harbor UCLA in Torrance, California. Christie is the manager of the adult clinic at the BDC and is very involved in research. She is actively involved in clinical trials in the areas of new insulin therapies, pumps, and continuous glucose monitors. Christie completed her undergraduate and graduate studies at California State University, Long Beach.
