Christian G. Bien

Dr. med. Christian G. Bien, head physician of the Epilepsy Centre Bethel, has now been appointed professor at the Rheinische Friedrich-Wilhelms University of Bonn. Were the basis for the appointment to the proposal of the Medical Faculty, among other things his scientific work in the fields of pre-surgical epilepsy diagnosis and the surgical treatment of epilepsy. Dr. Christian G. Bien has since January 2011, chief physician at the Epilepsy Centre Bethel. Before that, the 45-year-old neurologist worked as a senior physician in the Department of the University Hospital Bonn Epileptology. Prior to his appointment as professor of native Wittener already taught as a lecturer at the University of Bonn. As an adjunct professor maintains Dr. Christian G. Bien at Bonn University lectures.
