Chris Arts MSc, PhD

Chris Arts graduated in 1997 as a physiotherapist at the Hogeschool Enschede and then graduated in Human Movement Sciences at Maastricht University in 2000. In 2006 he obtained his doctorate in the area of ​hip revision surgery with calcium phosphate biomaterials. After his PhD, he worked as a clinical research manager in the medical device industry.

Since 2008 he has been a scientific staff member, teacher and clinical researcher of the orthopedic department of the Maastricht UMC +. He is also a lecturer at the Faculty of Biomedical Engineering at the Eindhoven University of Technology.
