Dr. Talati is an Assistant Member at Moffitt Cancer Center in the Department of Malignant Hematology. She earned her MD from American University of Antigua College of Medicine (Kasturba Medical College, India), completed an Internal Medicine Residency at University at Buffalo (SUNY Buffalo), and completed a Hematology and Medical Oncology Fellowship at the University of South Florida College of Medicine and Moffitt Cancer Center. Dr. Talati’s clinical interests include management of patients with myeloid malignancies with a focus on Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML), Chronic Myeloid Leukemia (CML), and Myelodysplastic Syndromes (MDS). Dr. Talati’s research interests include optimizing the current prognostic systems and treatment strategies for patients with myeloid malignancies, with a particular interest in designing early phase clinical trials for patients with AML.
