Cheri A. White PhD, RN, ACNP-BC, CCRN, TCRN, BSN, MSN

Dr. White is the Trauma and Acute Care Surgery Program Director at Sutter Roseville Medical Center, an ACS verified Level II trauma center in Northern California. She graduated with a BSN degree from Palm Beach Atlantic College and MSN and PhD degrees from the University of Miami, with a specialty in trauma and critical care nursing. Cheri also received a post-master's acute care nurse practitioner certificate from Drexel University in Philadelphia in 2007. Dr. White is a board certified acute care nurse practitioner, trauma nurse, and critical care nurse.

Throughout her nursing career, Cheri has specialized in trauma and critical care nursing. Past positions have included critical care staff nurse, ED staff nurse, trauma/critical care clinical nurse specialist, and clinical faculty. She was the Trauma Program Manager at UC Irvine Medical Center.Dr. White worked as the Director of Practice, Research, and Membership until moving to northern California in 2000. Cheri also served in the US Navy Nurse Corps from 1991 to 2002 and was recognized as the Junior Nurse Corps Officer of the Year in 1999.
