Chelsea Lutz PhD, MPH, CPH

Chelsea S. Lutz is an infectious disease epidemiologist dedicated to improving disease outcomes of global populations by defining and evaluating influences on VPD transmission and vaccine coverage, including the introduction and delivery of new vaccines. She applies epidemiological methods to assess how access and coverage can be affected by demographic and socioeconomic factors. Furthermore, She is interested in evaluating solutions for improving vaccine delivery and uptake, especially among marginalized populations.

Lutz is an Epidemic Intelligence Service Officer at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention assigned to the National Center for Immunization and Respiratory Disease, Division of Viral Diseases, Viral Vaccine Preventable Diseases Branch.
