Charlotte Guglielmi MA, BSN, RN, CNOR

Charlotte L. Guglielmi MA, BSN, RN, CNOR is the Clinical Manager of Perioperative Education at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston, where she has been a perioperative nurse for 40 years. In her role she has oversight for Education, Quality and Practice Support for the division. She received her diploma in nursing from Quincy City Hospital School, Quincy, Massachusetts, her BSN from the University of Massachusetts/ Boston and a MA from St. John's Seminary in Brighton, Massachusetts. Guglielmi is a champion for patient safety, particularly focused on high performance teamwork. She is a nationally recognized speaker and consultant on perioperative safety.
