Charline Quiclet has been a lecturer in the physiology of physical exercise within the Department of Sciences and Techniques of Physical and Sports Activities (STAPS) at the University of Évry – Paris Saclay since 2018. She carries out her research within the Laboratory of Exercise Biology for Performance and Health – LBEPS (UEVE/IRBA/UPSaclay, Évry) led by Claire Thomas-Junius.

She completed her academic career at the University of Grenoble-Alpes (UGA) where she obtained her STAPS License in 2011, and then her Research Master's degree in "Movement, Performance, Health, Engineering" in 2013. During her doctoral thesis at the Laboratory of Fundamental and Applied Bioenergetics from the UGA under the direction of Karine Couturier, she was interested in the effects of perinatal maternal physical exercise on the future health of the offspring, paying particular attention to their body composition, their function pancreatic and carbohydrate and lipid homeostasis. She obtained her Doctorate in Movement and Behavior for Health and Autonomy from UGA in 2016.
