Chante Logan, DNP, RN, CNOR, began her nursing career after graduating from Weber State University in 2006 with an associate degree in nursing. Her healthcare journey followed an impressive 12-year service in the United States Air Force from 1991 to 2004, where she served honorably and developed a strong foundation in discipline and leadership. Chante pursued her nursing education in progressive steps, earning a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from the University of the Incarnate Word in 2010. She continued to advance her expertise by obtaining a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from Walden University in 2012. Most recently, she achieved her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) from Old Dominion University in 2024, marking the culmination of her academic journey.

Currently, Chante is the Operating Room Nurse Manager at the Richmond Veterans Affairs Medical Center (VAMC), where she combines her clinical expertise with leadership skills to ensure high-quality surgical care for veterans. Her passion for leadership extends beyond her professional role. Chante is an active member of Toastmasters, working to enhance her public speaking abilities, and she also serves as vice president of the Richmond chapter of the Association of Perioperative Registered Nurses (AORN), contributing to the professional development of perioperative nurses in her community.
