Chandi C. Mandal PhD

Prof. Chandi C Mandal: Professor, Department of Biochemistry, Central University of Rajasthan, India [2013- present]. M.Sc. (1998) in Biochemistry, Calcutta University, India; Ph.D. (2006), Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, India; Postdoctoral Fellowship (2006-2012), University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio, Texas, USA.

Dr. Mandal’s research interest is aimed at understanding the cellular signal transduction mechanisms involved in breast cancer, bone metastasis, and bone remodelling. His success is not only reflected in the publications of his research work, but he has won the prestigious Investigator Award from ASBMR, multiple travel awards for research presentations in various international conferences and also recipient of fellowship award from CPRIT, USA . His research work has also been highlighted multiple times in Newspapers and cited in Television report.

He is also serving as Editor in several journals such as Scientific Reports, Frontiers in Endocrinology (Bone research), American Journal of Biomedical Research, Plos One, BMC cancer, Journal of Biochemical Molecular Toxicology, Oncology Letters, and Current Drug Targets.
