Chandan Jadhav Narayan Rao MBBS, MCh, MS

Dr. Chandan Jadhav Narayan Rao began his surgical career at the Prestigious Premier Institute in India in 2006. He went to complete his Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery training at the country’s best institute in 2012. During his time in Australia, he became educated in the nuances of the field of Plastic Surgery and participated in various prestigious fellowships. He was awarded the notable DAFPRS Aesthetic Surgery Fellowship in Switzerland by the Dutch and European Association of Plastic Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgeons in 2015.

Dr. Rao has several publications in reputed peer-reviewed indexed journals. He is also a Member of the Editorial Board for Burns and Trauma, BioMed central. He has pioneered three major research projects. Dr. Rao is on the course faculty for training plastic surgery registrars and trainees at the Royal Australian College of Surgeons. He has presented as a guest speaker at many international conferences and chaired various scientific sessions.

Dr. Rao’s surgical career and experience span more than a decade. His areas of special interest are Facial Plastic Surgery, Aesthetic Surgery, and Hand Surgery.
