Chaitanya Madamanchi MD

Chaitanya Madamanchi is a Clinical Assistant Professor of Cardiovascular Medicine and Radiology at the University of Michigan. He received his bachelor’s degree from Duke University and his medical degree from East Carolina University. He completed his residency training in Internal Medicine and fellowship training in Cardiovascular Medicine at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, NC. He then completed a two-year Advanced Cardiovascular Imaging fellowship at The Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston, MA, where he trained in Cardiovascular CT, Cardiac MRI, Nuclear Cardiology, and Echocardiography.

He joined the faculty at Michigan in 2020. Dr. Madamanchi’s clinical work includes cardiovascular imaging in the modalities listed above, as well as providing care to patients with a variety of cardiovascular diseases in both inpatient and outpatient settings. His research work focuses on the use of multimodality cardiovascular imaging in the diagnosis and risk stratification of patients with cardiovascular diseases.
