Dr. Chad Boomershine is an internationally recognized clinician, researcher and educator working to improve the care of patients with chronic pain. He completed MD and PhD studies at The Ohio State University in Columbus, OH prior to Internal Medicine residency, Rheumatology fellowship and post-doctoral training at Vanderbilt University in Nashville, TN. He serves as Assistant Professor at Vanderbilt University, Medical Director of three pain clinics, and principal research investigator with Clinical Research Solutions in Franklin, TN. Dr. Boomershine has published numerous articles in leading journals and websites including the Fibromyalgia Reference for Medscape and Adjuvant Nonopioid Medications for Managing Chronic Pain for Pain Management News. As an expert in the management of chronic pain, Dr. Boomershine has given hundreds of lectures throughout the United States and internationally on the topic of pain management including the International Pain in Women Conference at the Royal College of Physicians in Dublin, Ireland.
