Cathy Cale MBBS

Dr.Cathy is a Consultant in Paediatric Immunology and Immunopathology at Great Ormond Street Hospital for Children NHS Foundation Trust. She was appointed to the post in 2001. Cale qualified from the University of Birmingham and trained in pediatrics and pathology.

In recent years she has held a range of senior leadership roles including Deputy and then Interim Medical Director at Great Ormond Street and Medical Director at North Middlesex University Hospital. She is currently Deputy Medical Director for NHS Improvement London Region, combining this with her clinical ambassador role and clinical work.
