Catharina Oostveen RN, PhD

Catharina J. Van Oostveen has been optimizing nursing care since the start of her career. First as a nurse and then also during her Ph.D., where she specialized in various models for matching care demand and supply, the working environment of nurses, and leadership. Van Oostveen currently works as a senior advisor and Principal Investigator at the Spaarne Gasthuis and as a university lecturer at the Erasmus School of Health Policy & Management. As a director, she is already active at the Association for Collaborating Top Clinical Training Hospitals (STZ).
