Catharina Lundberg-niinisto MSc, MBA

Catharina Lundberg-Niinisto an experienced professional in the pharmaceutical industry. My broad understanding of the pharmaceutical value chain is based on knowledge gathered from more than 15 years in drug product development. I have started close to commercial with process scale-up and optimization and then worked my way back to pre-clinical formulation development. I have also done product life cycle management for commercial products.

He currently working as CMC Lead, responsible for the pharmaceutical part of proprietary product development project. I am combining this role with being a Sourcing Manager, responsible for sourcing, contracting and supplier relationship development. I am experienced in leading cross functional teams and collaborating with experts of different cultures.

He was educational background is in Biochemistry and Pharmacy. I am finishing my Master of Business Administration (MBA) studies focused on International Business Management. I have strong negotiation and communication skills. I am an active listener with a flexible and open mind and I am a firm believer in team work, collective creativity and shared leadership
