Casey Jones BS

Casey was the director of front office operations for the Hilton Sandestin Beach Golf Resort and Spa. In this position, Casey was responsible for improving performance in growth, finance and guest experience, as well as staff development and process improvement. Prior to the Hilton Sandestin, Casey held leadership roles at multiple large hotels and resorts on the Florida coast. He has worked as a freelance hospitality consultant and brings a strong knowledge of service excellence and leader development to the healthcare industry.
