Caryn E. Douma, MS, RN, IBCLC, is an innovative quality and safety leader whose work focuses on cultural transformation. Most recently she served as Senior Director of Nursing at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. Ms. Douma has served as a staff nurse at Brigham and Women’s hospital in Boston and as a clinical specialist, assistant director of clinical practice and outcomes, and director of quality and safety in the health care field in Houston.
